Depending on your registration we offer two packages:
Scientific program only includes
• Access to all main congress sessions
• Conference program
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches during the program
• Welcome reception
• Certificate of attendance post-congress per mail
• Invitation letter for assisting visa applications
Complete conference package includes
• One overnight stay in the venue hotel or nearby
• plus all topics from the scientific program package
Additional nights can be booked after login (Hotel/Travel), the costs must be paid by the customer.

Abstract submission
We invite you to submit a scientific abstract or a case report to the international LVV-PMR conference 2024 in Innsbruck.
Abstracts/Case reports accepted for Poster or Oral Presentation have to be presented on-side, no virtual presentation will be possible.
Important! Abstracts can only be submitted once you have registered for the conference. You cannot submit an abstract without registration, therefore, please complete your registration first and submit your abstract subsequently.
Abstract submission is open and ends on June 23th 2024, 23:59 CET.

Posters will be presented on electronic displays.
Once you are accepted, please submit your poster as pdf-file with the dimension 60x97,2cm (vertical/portrait) before Sept. 15th
Other formats or dimensions will not display correctly, and will therefore not be accepted.
You can use the PowerPoint template below to create your poster and save it as pdf.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Among accepted and on-side presented abstracts / case reports, 3 abstract awards and 1 case report award will be nominated. This will be based on the scientific content and quality of presentation.
